Originally from Munich, Germany, I spent the first 24 years of my life there before making Memphis, Tennessee, my home in 2008. My professional journey has taken me through operations leadership, business ownership, and team development, giving me firsthand experience with the challenges and rewards that come with building and leading organizations.

Throughout my career, building teams and strengthening relationships have been more than just part of my job—they have been a true passion.

I have seen firsthand how much a company can rise or fall based on the strength of its team. A great business can have an incredible product, a strong vision, and talented individuals, but without communication, trust, accountability, and teamwork, reaching that vision can become much more difficult.

That belief is what inspired me to create JC Elevate Consulting.

I founded JC Elevate with a mission to help small and growing teams succeed by learning how to work in sync, rather than simply next to one another. I believe that when people understand how to communicate effectively, navigate conflict, recognize each other's strengths, and work toward a shared goal, the entire organization becomes stronger.

When I work with clients, I pay attention to both the small details and the bigger picture. Sometimes the smallest issue can reveal a much larger challenge within a team, and sometimes a small change in communication or leadership can create a significant impact.

I also believe that nobody is born a leader—but anyone can become one. Leadership is something we develop through experience, knowledge, self-awareness, and practice. You don't have to know everything on day one. You simply have to be willing to learn, grow, and lead with intention.

Through JC Elevate Consulting, my goal is to strengthen small and mid-sized teams and give them the practical tools they need to communicate better, work better together, navigate challenges, and ultimately succeed.

When your people grow, your team grows. And when your team grows, your business has the opportunity to rise with it.
